Agentforce Can Do What?! World Tour 2025 Recap

World Tour, Day One
Agentforce World Tour 2025 landed in London with a packed schedule of keynotes, demos, and in-depth discussions on agentic AI. The day kicked off with hands-on sessions where teams built live agents, explored product innovations and got hands-on with the tools shaping the future of automation. There was a real buzz across the expo floor, with excitement around agent-based design and some standout contributions from UK-based teams.
The main keynote highlighted real-world Agentforce use cases already in play across industries, from customer service to logistics. One of the most talked-about moments came from Louis Theroux, who led a session on the ethics of AI. It was a timely reminder that while AI can move fast, context, judgment and responsibility still rest with us.
Outside of the sessions, one of the highlights was the opportunity to connect with clients and partners. These events are always busy, but there was space for proper conversations – at the expo, between sessions and into the evening.
We ended the day with drinks at Boundary in Shoreditch. It was a great atmosphere and a welcome change of pace. A chance to talk through what we’d seen, catch up on projects and plans, and enjoy some time together as a team and with the broader community. Huge thanks to everyone who joined us.
Day Two: TDX London
The second day stayed in London but shifted into technical territory. With TDX taking over the agenda, the focus turned to developers and what Agentforce means in practice.
Sessions went deeper into building tools, with real examples of how people are experimenting with agents and automating delivery using Digital Labour. There was a clear sense that these ideas were moving quickly and that more teams were starting to test them in real-world environments.
For us, it sparked a lot of useful thinking around what to bring into our own work and where we can help clients go next.
London in Full Force
Back-to-back events like this are a rare opportunity to engage with the whole Salesforce ecosystem. World Tour and TDX gave us the chance to hear from product teams, reconnect with the community and spend time with clients all in one place.
We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
