Life At Ziipline

Alongside an extensive healthcare scheme and 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme, we’ve backed the creation of Ziipline Clubs to encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work.

    You’ll also find healthy snacks in the office to help keep energy levels steady throughout the day. Our friendly, open culture creates a supportive space where personal and professional achievements are celebrated together, and where flexibility is built in to help people manage whatever life throws their way.

Whether you’re up for a pub quiz, keen to join the book club, curious about trying bouldering or padel, interested in team sports like football, or looking to push your competitive side with running or spin, there’s plenty to get involved in.

  • We’ve partnered with AXA to offer enhanced private healthcare to every Ziiper – because looking after your health shouldn’t be complicated.

Giving back is built into our culture.

We’re incredibly proud to be a part of Pledge 1%, a global initiative that encourages companies of all sizes to give 1% of their time, profit and/or product to charities of their choice.

In 2024, we put 332 team hours into volunteering for causes including Hackney City Farm, Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, and Hackney Foodbank.
